Dr. Godfrey C. Onwubolu (PhD, MSc, BEng, FBCS, CEng, P.Eng.)

Dr. Godfrey Onwubolu started his healthcare 3D printing career at Delta Additive Manufacturing (DAM) Inc., where he founded the company which focuses on providing digital solutions to the medical, dental, and orthotics & prosthetics sectors. He was responsible for developing all the workflows used for the dental and orthotics & prosthetics applications. He later co-founded the Centre for Rehabilitation & Health Services, CREHS Inc. a company operating as a digital laboratory and providing digital healthcare solutions, locally and internationally; involved in research and innovations; and educating/training professionals in the healthcare industry. A blend of academia and industry, he previously worked in the manufacturing industry in Midlands, region of central England; held Professorship position in Advanced Manufacturing; and currently a Professor of Biomedical & Rehabilitation Engineering and Additive Manufacturing.
His doctorate degree in computer-aided design, CAD coupled with his practical experience in additive manufacturing, has leveraged the work he does in healthcare 3D printing. He has received hands-on training in Materialise Training Certificate, Mimics Innovation Suite, Plymouth, USA; as well as Stratasys 3D Production Systems Training, Canada. Recipient of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) Publications Award in 3D-printing, Dr. Onwubolu is an invited speaker in local conferences such as Digital Dentistry Summit, and Spectrum Day Toronto, here in Canada; he is internationally connected with the academic community, and serves on different academic publication boards. He is a Professional Engineer, and a Chartered Engineer. He is a member of the SME Medical AM/3DP Workgroup, one of the leading groups that oversee the practice of medical additive manufacturing in North America. He is convinced that the potential of additive manufacturing for the healthcare sector is the future.
Dr. Olufemi (Femi) Adegun is Co-founder and Vice-President of Business Development and Marketing at Centre For Rehabilitation and Health Services (CREHS) Inc. He is also the President of Canadian Institute of Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management (CITEM) as well as President of Integrated Business Consult (IBC) in Brampton, Ontario. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Lean Six Sigma Consultant (LSSMBB). Dr. Adegun earned multiple degrees in Engineering and Business Administration. His BSc in Engineering Physics with specialization in Materials Science, MSc in Mechanical Engineering and Executive MBA with specialization in Operations, Finance and Marketing.
He also obtained a Ph.D in Management with specialization in Strategy and Marketing as well as a DMin with specialization in Leadership. Dr. Adegun is the Founder / President of Senior Empowerment Assistance Centre SEAC, Brampton and Youth Empowerment Assistance Centre YEAC, Mississauga, Ontario. Femi has lectured as a Professor of Projects , Operations and Manufacturing Management at Sheridan College, Brampton for 10 years and as a Professor of Industrial Engineering at Conestoga College , Cambridge, Ontario for 2 years. He is a mentor in Business Entrepreneurship at the University of Toronto , Mississauga Campus and Humber College, Etobicoke.
Dr. Leroy Clarke is a Co-Founding Director and Vice-President of the Centre for Rehabilitation and Health Services (CREHS) Inc. He shares the responsibility for Education, Training, Professional and Strategic Development with their international partner, Centre for Technology Assisted Reconstructive Surgery (CTARS) through CTARS-CREHS Canada (CCC). These are emerging, cutting-edge global providers of digital solutions in healthcare products and services. In addition to his responsibilities at CREHS Inc, Dr. Clarke has a passion for a sustainable STEM professionals pipeline through mentoring and coaching. He is actively involved in that sector both nationally and internationally. He is also Founder, President and Executive Director of e-CAMP Mentoring, a Canadian federally registered not-for-profit agency focused on mentoring, training and coaching youth, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds while equipping them for the world of work in the 21st century and beyond. His approach to professional development recognizes the critical need for a structured approach to technical knowledge dissemination for business sustainability and succession planning.
Dr. Clarke has served on several boards, committees and councils. He is a member of several professional organizations such as Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS), the Science Teachers Association of Ontario and Science & Technology Awareness Network (STAN). He has presented at several local, national and international conferences including the American Educational Research Association conferences of which he is also a member.
Dr.Clarke has academic and practical experience in clinical laboratory medicine, education and pharmacology including experimental stereotaxic surgery skills from Temple University used in neuroscience research. He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies-Mona, Jamaica, and obtained his PhD in Science and Technology Education with a focus on mentoring from the University of Toronto.
Sonia is the interim Office Manager at the Centre for Rehabilitation and Health Services (CREHS) Inc. She attended the Henley School of Business, UK as well as Durham College, Oshawa, ON, where she obtained a certificate in French Language. She held a wide range of corporate administrative support positions, with institutions such as Barclays Bank UK, as well as TD Bank and Scotia Bank, two of Canada’s five major chartered banks. Sonia is a dedicated community supporter who strives to enrich lives in her local and wider community. Along with her husband Dr. Leroy Clarke, they established B.A.S.I.C (Building A Safe Integrated Community) Focus in 1995, a forerunner of e-CAMP MENTORing – grassroots community organization with a mandate to educate, motivate, and communicate with youth in the Durham region and beyond. In partnership with organizations such as Black Business and Professional Association (BBPA), Spelling Bee of Canada, Durham District school boards, Durham Children’s Aid Society, and the former Inter-organization Resources Network of Durham, they have worked tirelessly to help address some of the educational and socioeconomic needs of Black and other racialized groups.
Helen Silva CPA, CGA, CPA (Illinois)
Helen is a financial consultant who assisted the Centre for Rehabilitation and Health Services (CREHS) Inc. from conception to fruition. She is an innovative and driven accounting and tax professional with over 25 years of experience in the start-up environment identifying challenges and offering solutions to common issues such as creating vision, organic growth, government compliance, sound financial models, internal controls, etc. Helen holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Accounting from the University of the East (Philippines), a Certified Professional Accountant in Ontario and a Certified Public Accountant certificate in the State of Illinois, USA. Outside of work, Helen is a volunteer with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) that offers free income tax preparation to the community. She also loves to play volleyball and hike with her husband.
Meena Tewari Jham (Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public)
Meena Jham is a Legal consultant for Centre for Rehabilitation and Health Services (CREHS) Inc. She is a Barrister, Solicitor & Notary Public in Ontario, practicing for several years and has extensive international experience in business law, distribution and franchise agreements, sale purchase of business, intellectual property, and estate planning. Meena is also a trained mediator and has volunteered in various community programs in Ontario. She is one of the founding members of Brampton Community Mediation Service, a community service that helps residents of Brampton to resolve family and neighborhood disputes through mediation and collaborative negotiation. Meena’s training as a mediator helps her to actively listen to her clients and identify their needs, before providing suitable legal advice. She continues to contribute her time and mediation services to various community projects. Before being called to the bar, she worked at a well known food retail company and interned at a prominent Bay Street law firm. She strongly believes that good contracts build better boundaries, thereby preventing future misunderstandings and disputes. Meena also advises her clients to plan their estate early to avoid disputes among future beneficiaries.
Jessica Mazzaferro (DD)

Jessica graduated from George Brown College with Honours in both Dental Assisting I & II (2014) and Denturism (2017). Jessica strives to keep up with the newest technology and techniques to provide the best service and care possible. Her clinical research has contributed to digital denture publications in Spectrum Denturism Magazine of September 2018. Jessica has lectured for the NDA (National Denturist Association of America), Spectrum Day (North America’s Premier Dental Techno-Clinical Event) and at PACE (Prosthodontic Associates Centre for Excellence) about innovative digital denture solutions. Jessica is an active member of the College of Denturists of Ontario and is a member of both the Denturist Association of Canada and the Denturist Association of Ontario. Outside of her professional activities, Jessica enjoys travelling, socializing with family and friends, hiking, and cooking.
Anita was educated as a dental technologist in Europe and in Canada at George Brown College and obtained her Canadian RDT designation in 1994. She has been the full service commercial Dental Laboratory owner in Toronto ever since. Her vision has always been to combine art and science within the dental industry. Anita’s experience, hands-on approach and focus on communication within the dental team are the key factors in achieving the highest possible standard of quality in all the projects Anita has been involved in. Staying on top of the latest research and development in dental technology through continuing education has been a constant goal in her career, Anita is available to dentists and colleagues for case planning and troubleshooting for the most complex dental restorations.
Kerollos Abdallah is a foreign trained dentist from Egypt. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in oral & dental medicine from Misr International University, Cairo in 2013 he took some time off to travel when an opportunity to move to Australia presented itself, there he worked as a dental technician at Dentalcarextra, Moranbah. It was this work that introduced him to the art and science that goes into designing and fabricating devices and replacements of natural teeth. Using advanced technology for design is what he is most passionate about. In 2018, Kerollos moved to Canada to further advance his dental career. He is a Digital Dental Technician at CREHS.

Rupnit is a foreign trained dentist from India. She graduated in 2010 from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, India. After graduation she moved to Canada. She is a lifelong learner and loves to stay on top of the latest science and technology developments in the field of dentistry. Rupnit is a Marketing and Sales Coordinator at CREHS. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with her family.
Tarun Luthra is a Sales and Marketing Professional originally from India. He completed his MBA from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi, India in 2008. He has an extensive experience of 18 years in a wide range of Healthcare sales and Marketing industries. He is passionate about promoting innovative brands and solutions to improve patients quality of life throughout his career. He is recognized with many sales and other achievements awards in his professional life. In his spare time, he loves exploring nature and old music.

He is highly motivated, focused and result driven, creative, confident, disciplined, a team player and a peace maker with integrity. Pr. Ogude was rewarded for hard work with an appointment by His excellency the Governor of Delta State as Senior Special Assistant to Governor on Peace Building and Conflict Resolution. He worked as managing director of Air Borehole Drilling and civil engineering services; Managing Director Air Gudec Integrated Services Ltd; Chief Scientific Officer of Delta State Oil Producing Area Development Commission. His qualifications include Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) Theology; School of Disciples Certificate; and B.Sc.(Hons) Biochemistry. He is currently undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Peace studies and conflict resolution from National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).

His banking experience which span for over 22 years saw him working in many banks at very senior levels in African countries. He was the pioneer Managing Director/CEO, United Bank for Africa, Mozambique effective 2010, till January 2016 before he left to create Clemmeridian Investment Limited in 2017, a Pan Africa business development and consultancy company. A multiple outstanding award winner in his previous banks, Clement has also distinguished himself as a great business strategist and business turnaround expert. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and B.Sc. in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria (FCIB) and has attended many local and international financial, banking, treasury, risk management, board management, negotiations, and leadership training programmes.
